Closed cell polyurethane foam has the highest R-Value of any other conventional roofing material.

Closed cell polyurethane foam provides commercial roofs with an incredibly strong yet lightweight membrane. Closed cell foam adds structural strength, and increases shear and racking strength by 300%.

Closed cell polyurethane foam can adhere to almost any surface allowing for existing roofs to remain in place.

Polyurea

Polyurea is the most advanced waterproofing coating there is.

Polyurea has huge strength properties, with tensile strength up to 5,000 psi and tear strength up to 225kg/in.

Process

We can apply this roofing systems to almost all existing roof surfaces including asphalt, torch on felt, concrete and significantly asbestos roofs.

Firstly we must clean the roof surface of any contaminants.

We then apply one inch of the closed cell polyurethane foam.

Followed immediately by the top coat of polyurea.

Both products are hot applied and go off in a matter of seconds, this allows us to safely insulate and waterproof large areas up to 200m2 in one working day.

We can build up the layers of foam to create the falls needed to take water away.

Closed cell polyurethane foam roofs have long lasting life spans 40-50 years, roofs can also be re coated easily to ever extend the life spans.
